This is adorable. A Japanese maneki neko welcome or good luck cat cosmetic bag or purse. It is synthetic, lined, with 2 zippered compartments (one is under kitty). The kitty is is stuffed and clutching a red object that may be its teddy bear.
The fabric is kimono fabric in texture and pattern. The lining fabric feels like it would be waterproof or at least wipe clean. I haven't tested it. The solid color material is a lovely peach.
The bag is 6 x 7 inches and has 2 working zips and a bell attached to the zipper pull on the main zip. This is very nicely made and doesn't appear to have been used.
