I call this a mom cat because of the long-suffering expression on her face. She sits peacefully atop a white bisque box ideal to store a piece of jewelry, pins, change or what not. The cat has hand painted facial features and there are pink dots on the box and the bow on the back of her dress. Her collar is blue. The box is 3 inches in diameter and the piece is 4.5 inches high. I've had this a number of years but it is not particularly old. Condition is perfect.
